Ohio Little League District 1 is made up of 13 members across Northeast Ohio. These include:

- Conneaut (CLYO)
- Cuyahoga Falls North
- Geneva
- Grand Valley
- Jefferson
- Kingsville
- Painesville
- Pymatuning Area Youth Organization (PAYO)
- Tallmadge
- Tri-League
- West Akron
- Northeast Ohio Challenger
For the 2026 season, District 1 will oversee the following baseball & softball divisions:
- Minors Softball – Ages 8-10
- Majors Softball – Ages 10-12
- Junior/Senior Softball – Ages 13-16
- Minors Baseball – Ages 8-10
- Majors Baseball – Ages 10-12
- Intermediate Baseball – Ages 12-13
- Junior/Senior Baseball – Ages 13-16
